Primilune collects no personal data. None. No account, no advertising, no analytics, no trackers, no identifiers. We do not collect, store, sell or share any data about you.
The places you choose, the horizon height you measure, your language choice and your settings are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. They never leave it, and they are deleted when you uninstall the app. All calculations are made on the phone, with no internet connection: positions of the Sun, the Moon and the planets, visibility of the crescent, dates of the Islamic calendar, world map.
The compass and the horizon measurement use the phone's orientation sensors, only when you turn them on. Their readings are used on the spot and are neither stored nor sent anywhere. Primilune never asks for your GPS location.
This is the only time the app goes online. When you search for a place by name, it sends that name, and nothing else, to the public service Nominatim (OpenStreetMap), which returns its coordinates. When you type coordinates by hand, it sends them to the same service to find the country, on which the local time depends. These are the ordinary technical requests any online lookup involves. Primilune adds no identifier to them and keeps no record of them. The places offered by default and your recent places remain available offline.
Primilune can be tried for free for three days, then unlocked with a single purchase. The purchase is handled entirely by Apple or Google: we never see your payment details. The app is free in countries where this sum matters. To know whether the purchase is offered in your country, the app asks the store for the country of your account. This answer stays on the phone, like the count of trial days.
Primilune is suitable for all audiences and collects no data from anyone, children included.
If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new effective date.

Primilune ne collecte aucune donnée personnelle. Aucune. Pas de compte, pas de publicité, pas de mesure d'audience, pas de traceur, pas d'identifiant. Nous ne collectons, ne conservons, ne vendons ni ne partageons aucune donnée vous concernant.
Les lieux que vous choisissez, la hauteur d'horizon que vous mesurez, votre choix de langue et vos réglages sont enregistrés uniquement dans l'espace privé de l'application, sur votre appareil. Ils n'en sortent jamais et sont effacés avec la désinstallation. Tous les calculs se font dans le téléphone, sans connexion à Internet : positions du Soleil, de la Lune et des planètes, visibilité du croissant, dates du calendrier musulman, carte mondiale.
La boussole et la mesure de l'horizon emploient les capteurs d'orientation du téléphone, seulement quand vous les mettez en route. Leurs mesures servent sur l'instant et ne sont ni enregistrées ni transmises. Primilune ne demande jamais votre position GPS.
C'est le seul moment où l'application se connecte. Quand vous cherchez un lieu par son nom, elle envoie ce nom, et rien d'autre, au service public Nominatim (OpenStreetMap), qui rend ses coordonnées. Quand vous tapez des coordonnées à la main, elle les envoie au même service pour connaître le pays, dont dépend l'heure légale. Ce sont les requêtes techniques ordinaires de toute recherche en ligne. Primilune n'y joint aucun identifiant et n'en garde aucune trace. Les lieux proposés par défaut et vos derniers lieux restent utilisables sans connexion.
Primilune s'essaie gratuitement pendant trois jours, puis se débloque par un achat unique. L'achat est traité entièrement par Apple ou par Google : nous ne voyons jamais vos moyens de paiement. L'application est offerte dans les pays où cette somme compte. Pour savoir si l'achat est offert dans votre pays, l'application demande à la boutique le pays de votre compte. Cette réponse reste dans le téléphone, comme le décompte des jours d'essai.
Primilune convient à tous les publics et ne collecte de données auprès de personne, enfants compris.
Si cette politique change, la nouvelle version est publiée à cette adresse avec une nouvelle date d'effet.

الأماكن التي تختارونها، وارتفاع الأفق الذي تقيسونه، واللغة التي تختارونها، وإعداداتكم، كلها تُحفظ فقط في المساحة الخاصة بالتطبيق على جهازكم. لا تغادره أبدًا، وتُحذف عند إزالة التطبيق. وتجري جميع الحسابات داخل الهاتف دون اتصال بالإنترنت: مواقع الشمس والقمر والكواكب، ورؤية الهلال، وتواريخ التقويم الهجري، والخريطة العالمية.
تستخدم البوصلة وقياس الأفق مستشعرات اتجاه الهاتف، ولا يكون ذلك إلا عندما تشغّلونها. تُستعمل قراءاتها في لحظتها، ولا تُحفظ ولا تُرسل إلى أي جهة. ولا يطلب Primilune موقعكم عبر GPS أبدًا.

يمكن تجربة Primilune مجانًا لمدة ثلاثة أيام، ثم يُفتح بشراء واحد. تتولى Apple أو Google عملية الشراء بالكامل، ولا نطّلع أبدًا على وسائل الدفع الخاصة بكم. ويُقدَّم التطبيق مجانًا في البلدان التي يُعدّ فيها هذا المبلغ كبيرًا. ولمعرفة ما إذا كان الشراء مجانيًا في بلدكم، يسأل التطبيق المتجر عن بلد حسابكم. ويبقى هذا الجواب في الهاتف، مثل عدد أيام التجربة.
يناسب Primilune جميع الأعمار، ولا يجمع بيانات من أحد، بمن في ذلك الأطفال.
